Hi everyone. I'm new here and wanted to hear others' experiences with SugarBusters! I started it in Sept 2000 and loved it. Lost about 10 lbs in 3 mos. I went strictly without sugar and starches for almost a year and then started cheating gradually. Now ready to jump in again. I find it to be a lifestyle that I can work well with, and don't know why I even started cheating. French fries, I guess. I can avoid sugar, but french fries are my downfall!

Hello Rhonda and welcome to this forum. There are quite a number of members doing Sugarbusters. You will see there is a section for them under Daily low carb support.

This site will probably motivate you to stay on this way of life and then you can loose those few extra pounds and feel really happy with yourself.
