I find myself wanting fruit more than anything else....including chips or sweets. I am constantly on the lookout for good fruit juices I can have. I mentioned the "Fuze" drink earlier...now I found some really good ones. V8 Splash!! They have a diet version of strawberry-kiwi, tropical blend, and berry blend. They are awesome. In 8oz it has 3gm of carbs. Made with splenda.

If you're finished Induction - don't forget you CAN have the fruit. One quarter cup of strawberries has even less than 3 g net carbs!

Fruit and nuts were the first foods I added back in after my two week Induction. I managed this even though I remained at 20-25 carbs.
