Default Vitamins A, D, E and K intolerance

I wondered if there were any members out there that have a problem digesting foods high in the above stated vitamins. They are all fat soluble.

When I eat foods rich in these vitamins (i.e. salmon, brown rice, etc.) I feel like my liver gets congested and I feel awful. Finally, after a few days it passes. But, it is like passing a gall stones. It takes a lot out of me.

So now I avoid those foods. But I do still wonder if I have a "normal" livet.

Default Wow.

That's a strange one. I wouldn't think it's the vitamins, but I don't have the problem.

Have you read Atkins Vitanutrients? Turns out there are three rate-limiting amino acids that affect liver function, and maybe you're short on them? I take a detox formula that has them, and I feel much better now that I'm on it. When I run out, my face breaks out.

However, I hate fish and don't eat brown rice either.

Thanks for the info. No, I have not read that. Is it an article or a book? Sounds like it may help.
Do you mind telling me about the detox you take? I use lemon juice and olive oil when I feel the pinch in my back under my shoulder blade. I think it is my gall bladder and the lemon juice in hot water AM and the olive oil lemon juice as a salad dressing or drink help.

Default It's a book

Found it on Amazon.

Will have to go home to get the bottle and tell you what's in it--all those amino acids start sounding alike after a while. Made sense when I read the explanation of liver function.
