Default Protein and Bone Density

The August Tufts University Health and Nutrition Letter reports that contrary to the theories of some scientists, a new USDA study showed that a high protein diet does not affect the calcium-retaining ability of women. The new study used real food as opposed to previous studies that employed "pure" protein.
