I just started working out (the Firm body sculpt and ab sculpt) and have a small burst of energy, but by 3, I am pooped! I know that these tapes are mainly weight training, but i am in pitiful shape and am too uncoordinated to even look at the cardio tape.
Should I be doing these at night?
How many times a week should I be working out? I am only doing three days a week, but feel it is too sporadic to make a difference.
