Angry tips on stalling

i've been on this diet for about 3 months now. I haven't lost any weight in a long time and i was wondering what are some tips you guys could give me on what to do to get out of this REALLY long stall?!?! Cuz i am getting a little fustrated now.

Hi Smiley! Sorry to hear about your stall.

Have you been losing any inches or body fat?

Have you think that maybe you have not more fat to loose? Actually, according to your height at the Body Mass Index Chart (see Atkins book) you´re in the lower spectrum of a helthy weight with your 120 pounds.
Maybe you don´t loose more because there in no more to loose.

Yep, that was what I was going to say at your hieght, 120 should be just fine, listen to your body, if you have been truely following the diet for that long and no longer losing, maybe you should re-set your goal.
I'm 5'3" and right now I'm 138, at 120, I think I would look unattractively skinny.

well i promise there is plenty of fat that i could be losing. I don't look really skinny..i still want to lose a couple of pounds and i don't know how to get out of this stall. thanks for all the advice though.
