I have had PCOS since my early 20's
I am now in my middle 50's and am suffering from this all over again. here i thought once i got pregnant and my period returned to normal i was over it and then i did finally have a child in my 40's a miracle i say and now after going thru menopause finding it very hard to lose weight and starting to believe it was me and all the effort i have put into diets and exercising had no avail on my weight .... so after i pushed my docs to take test to see if i still had pcos and now it is confirmed and i am totally relieved that now i know i am not crazy and i have been reading so many web sites on the subject my question to u is should i not be doing weight watcher's and just do low carb dieting for best results.... comments and suggestions welcomed.
thank u for listening
