What should i expect on Stillmans?

i have been on the atkins diet for 3.5 weeks now...due a lack of weight loss i deciced to try the stillmans diet. 2 days so far...and 2.5lbs down! i'm sure it's water, but i was wondering what kind of results i should get continuing this diet for 2 weeks? i've searched a little on the site, but i was wondering if anyone had a experience that may give me a clue about what i might see.
