Default Newest / Best Book Available???

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what book I should get for the Atkin's diet? There's so many out there, I don't know which one is the best for a beginner. Someone mentioned the New Diet Revolution, but there are different versions / covers out there.. does anyone know what the latest one is or what the cover looks like? Or perhaps the publish date?

I am just researching this diet a bit more before I begin I've read many positive success stories, so it's making me think more about starting it!

thanks for any help / advice you can give me!

take care,

elyssa

I would start out with Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution. Atkins' For Life is more for when you reach or are close to your goal.

Good Question.

Hard Cover: ISBN: 1590770021

Here are links to the book on Amazon (you can also find the book in most local book stores):

The one with the white cover is the newest release, published in late 2002, so I'd suggest that one too. The extra book is a diary/journal. I keep my journal at Fitday.com. Some people like to keep one on paper.

Talking BOOKS

Don't forget to go to Atkinscenter.com for infor until you get your book. Atkins' New Diet Revolution got me through to almost maintenance, and now I'm reading Atkins for Life-

Good Luck, and keep up the good work!
