Arrow The Need to be in Ketosis

I find that I need to be in ketosis for optimum loss.

I find that being in ketosis makes me feel less hungry, of course carb cravings go away, and I tend to drink more water thus making my quotas.

Granted, not all plans make it a must to be in ketosis but I for one vote to be in it. So for the next few days I am sticking to 20 carbs in order to reach that lovely state....hope I get there by tomorrow night...!

I feel the same. Without Ketosis I seem to satay the same.
I am trying to get back into ketosis myself after the "Easter Cheat". I am going to check tonight. Hopefully, it has been 3 days now.

I bet you're already back in ketosis. After my Easter cheat, it only took me 1-1/2 days to get back. Good Luck!

Default ketosis

I can always tell when I go into ketosis - that old familiar taste in my mouth, like sucking on a greasy quarter.

Who would have thought, that I would look forward to that

I also prefer to be in ketosis. I know I'm back in because I always get a really bad headache for the first few hours.
