Renewing my focus (not exactly new)
I last visited this forum February 21, 2005 so I am not exactly new.
Around that time I had dropped from 260 to 180 and had maintained that until about 2010, when I started inching up about 5-10 pounds a year. In fact, I had really gotten into body building and shaped my body in a way that I was so proud of.
Then life hits you...
After a few life events, I just stopped going to the gym. Working, partying and not working out.
Today, I am 240 pounds and fed up.
I'm hoping to renew my focus with a first time learner's mindset again and to learn from you all.
More importantly, I'm hoping to meet a group of like-minded people to help, maybe even an accountability buddy or two. It would be helpful if this buddy was a parent too, but completely optional.
