Default First Dr. visit since starting LCing

Had my first annual physical since starting Atkins on July 11, 2002. Down 35 lbs. Dr was impressed and very supportive of LCing. When I told her what I was up to she said "yes, it makes a difference !" i.e. LCing. Blood work was good too. Here are the results in from/to format:

Total cholesterol 261/213
HDL 51/60
LDL 180/135
TRIGLYCERIDES 150/92

She also agree to cut my BP medication in half and remove the diuretic. She thinks I'll probably be able to get off the BP meds when I get to goal.

Yee Haw !
