Hmmm. Do you happen to have a FitDay account? ( http://www.fitday.com) If not, set one up and track your food intake and see how much protein you're eating. The Zone recommends that I eat around 90 grams of protein per day. Generally speaking, I eat from 100-130, and that's from roughly the following per day:
1 cup Carb Countdown
1 or 2 eggs (sometimes no eggs)
6-8 ounces of meat
Sometimes an ounce or two of cheese
A few nuts (1/4-1/2 cup)
Odds and ends of protein found in vegetables, etc.
