Default LC Soy Milk in BC?

Has anyone found a low carb soy milk in BC? I've been looking, but so far they've all been pretty high carb.....

Have you been looking at the natural soymilk? All the flavoured ones are sweetened.

I have a carton of So Nice Soyorganic in my fridge...

For 1 cup:

Cals: 73
Pro: 7
Fat: 3.6
Carbs: 2.6

It's also high in potassium, 304 mg.

I use that one in my protein shakes. I am lactose intolerant. And my mother wondered why I cried all the time as a baby. Couldn't digest the stuff and back in the 50's there wasn't much else to give a baby. I was adopted so breast feeding was certainly out....oh lol I am digressing again. My question was...what do you think of the high protein LC shakes. I usually add 1/2 banana.

I've been drinking this lately as well... it tastes great! I thought because it was unflavoured, it wouldn't taste so well, but I like it.

Plus it's on sale at WalMart and Loblaws these days for $1.99! Which reminds me to pick some up tomorrow!
