Question Feeling bloated and fat...

Yeah...Yeah, I know I am fat, but I mean extra. I am not sure exactly which of the things I ate has made me feel so bloated but I was wondering what I can do to get rid of it. Any suggestions would be wonderful! Thanks.

Hi Sophia,
Why don't you post what you've eaten today and yesterday - someone may have some insight into the effects of certain foods. I know for me when I eat too much cheese, I feel really bloated and have cramps like it's TOM.

Maybe you have not had enough water to drink?

OK this is what I remember that I ate yesterday:

Soy Latte
Pria Bar
2 small pieces of steak
Zuccini stuffed with feta
Soy chips
3 pieces of roast
Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
Endulge Peanut Butter ice cream

Would not drinking enough water make you feel bloated? I will up my water to see if that helps.

Hi Sophia

My body seems to hold onto all the fluid it can if I'm drinking less water than normal - my rings get tight, etc. It seems counter-intuitive, but drinking more = less bloating.

Also - don't know if you are used to the sugar alcohols in the Pria bar or ice cream, but those always make me feel 'swole up like a poisoned pup' (to use Mary's Oklahoman terminology ).

Good luck and may you feel slender and lithe tomorrow!

I was feeling like that a few days ago... almost like I had not lost one dang pound... chalked it up to my body adapting to the weight loss, like it was adjusting to the new size. I was even on a mini-plateau, which has left, thank goodness. I only dropped 1/2 a pound, so I know that it was not a big loss of weight or even water that made me feel light again.... but it sure felt like it...

Up the water and maybe it will help flush out what ever is blowing you up.

Are those Soy Chips salty! Could be that?
