What can I have for dessert on induction?
I'm really craving someting sweet!!

Truly, one of the best things to do is to eat something with a lot of fat. Induction is supposed to help clear your body, and help curb the desire for sweets.

If that doesn't work, you can always resort to a Mock Danish. These are very good and you can find the recipe by searching the Recipes section.

If I am really craving something I have sugar free jelly topped with double cream whipped with a little sweetner added....This really helps to take the edge off especially when missing puds....Although having a high fat snack is good sometimes you really need something sweet...Hope this helps...Keep smiling and keep up the good work...Good luck

Jello made with Splenda is the best way to go on induction!
