Hi there - I'm another newbie - new to low carb, and new to forum posting! All of these threads etc - am I supposed to start sewing with them So, please bear with me ...
I discovered low carb while I was flipping through a new book on winter depression on the weekend. I've been dieting for years, was very successful twice, but now my weight is 'weigh' up there - so this WOE seemed appealing. I bought the Heller's book, and am on day 3 of the Carbohydrate Addicts program.
Even though I'm finding the program quite easy, I have some concerns. I know it's too early to tell if this program will work for me, but I can't help thinking that it may not be balanced. So, I'm trying to keep my WOE as healthy as possible, chicken, salads, low carb veggies etc. Besides being overweight, I have Fibromyalgia so diet is extremely important.
I would love to hear from anyone - whoever, whatever!
