Default Anyone else is low-carbing with a bad liver?

I just want to compare notes with someone suffering from the same affliction.

Of course, Atkins is out of the question for me, but one can still eat low carb, moderate fat and loose weight.

I dont have serious liver problems, but my LFT consistantly show ALT & GGT to be 3 times the normal limit. Weight and diet dont effect the levels, so I figure there is nothing I can do about it.

Hi, Jaddles

My problem is not serious either but my liver is « pinching » me when I eat too much fat. I get sick if I eat way too much. What about you, is there anything you avoid eating because your liver won’t take it?
