I agree with Karen ... lightly steamed veggies would be great! They'd still have a bit of crispness, but not noisy ... and less likely to have a strong odour as well. (raw broccoli and cauliflower are yummy, but the aroma might not impress the person sitting next to you when you open the container )
possibitlies: broccoli and/or cauliflower florets, whole green or yellow beans, baby carrots (bit higher in carbs), daikon radish sticks, asparagus spears ..
