Hi! I am a bit confused on the portions allowed. I read thru the book last night. Am I supposed to eat whatever amount I want of the food permitted. Say for instance I have chicken and broccoli for dinner. I can say that I know that will not fill me up, especailly now at the beginning. So can I have 2 or 3 servings of chicken if I want and more broccoli. It says to eat until you are full. Also, what about hunger in between meals. Thank you very much for your help.

If you are hungry eat.

Go easy on the brocolli. Remember carbs count! If you want a second or third piece of chicken go for it.

Your appetite will taper off after a couple of weeks, but in the beginning to help fight off the symptoms of detoxing by all means eat.
