you can go to Landend.com and go to their vitural model and create a mini you! I entered in where I am today and then my goal and then copied them over to a file where I can view them side by side. I got a fairly good representation, but you may have to modify it a few times before you get something closer to you. Anyway, this could be used for motivation in tracking where we've come to even where we are right now.
