Default One Year Anniversary!

I just realized that I started this WOL one year ago today. I don't post or read very often on here since I've been maintaining, but this forum has been such a help to me during the months that I would feel down on myself or get bored with my recipes. Thanks for all of that, and keep up the great work, everyone! What a difference a year makes.

Congratulations to you!
I noticed that your stats show that you went past your goal weight. What caused you to decide to lose even more after reaching your goal weight? Do you have a new goal weight, or do you just plan on losing as much as you can? I'm trying to figure out what to do as I'm nearing my goal weight, and I don't really have a desire to add back carbs, but that was my plan all along. Any advice?

Congrats Deneen. I notice that you're the same height I am and started at only about 10 pounds more than I did. About how long did it take you to get to maintenance?
