Default does stress and depression....

...hinder weight loss? or help you? or does it depend?

actually, i think i may have just answered my own question... i imagine it depends... since some people eat to calm emotions and some people don't. but say you dont emotionally overeat or undereat at all... u stick to your plan regardless, do emotions play a part on metabolism- like say ie your manic depressive does it slow it down and if you have an anxiety disorder does it speed it up?

Default I'd say, get treatment for what ails you

I'm sure the various conditions will have an effect on metabolism, if for no other reason than one is more or less active depending on what's going on in one's head.

But there are effective treatments for what you mentioned, and plenty enough people on here who share the problem. LC can stabilize a lot of sugar-related mood swings but it can't fix everything.
