Binge: In the worst way
Well, I went on a road trip this past weekend and I stocked up on some pork rinds and I thought I was doing ok. On Monday I weighed in and I gained a whopping 12 pounds!! I was soooo depressed I went straight to Mcdonalds and ordered everything I missed eating. Then I went and bought chocolate, cup cakes, you name it I ate it. I'm so bloated and depressed. Maybe I'm supposed to be overweight; but Im a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. So with that said, Im going to start again tomorrow fresh and KISS, no precessed foods, frakenfoods, Atkins products (shakes, bars etc.) I guess its good that I realized my mistakes now I can do this WOE THE RIGHT WAY.
