Someone noticed today!!

I know I've lost approximately 10 ish pounds since I started on June 25th but today, at work my co-worker said- "I'm sorry... but you really look skinnier!!" It made me feel so good. I mean I can tell the difference, as can my BF...but to have someone else notice feels amazing so I just wanted to share. I know when others share their good feelings it always inspires me!

Good low-carbing thoughts to all!!
