Default Introduction

Hi everyone, Wendy from daytona beach florida here. my highest weight ever was 228 in june of 99. I have successfully maintained a 50 pound weight loss for over a year with just running and weight watchers. I am finding these last 40 pounds to be a challenge, so I decided to try low carb. interestingly, I tried adkins when I was very heavy and it didn't work for me as well as it seems to be this time. have others had this experience?

Hi Fengshway and welcome,

Actually I have not heard people being more successful the second time around. I have heard from others on the board who have done this more than once that it is generally harder the second time around.

I am glad you are having success though.

Good luck

Default So, do you belong to a Curves club?

I have seen them while traveling and heard good things about them. Isn't that an exercise club for women? I ask because you list "Curves" as your program.

You sound very focussed on your goals and your persistence will bring you success
