Im in week 2 of my induction and I came across some water. Can you all give me your opinion if its ok to drink, i think so, but the more the merrier!

Albertsons A+ Clear excellence..

Sugar free
naturally flavored
fat, calories, carbs, sugars, = 0


i think the sugar subsitute is aspartame

Technically, this sort of thing is not allowed on induction because it sets off sugar cravings for some people. By hey, I think you need to do what you need to do to stay on this WOE....... It probably will be fine

Stay away from Asparateme. It will trigger cravings and for some, can actually deter weight loss...cause headaches...not worth it. There are other waters out there that use Splenda type sweetener...look for those if you need water with sweetness (not my preference). When I want something different I go for the flavored but not sweet, club sodas out there.

I started drinking an aspartame sweetened flavoured water range in about week 4 or something (we don't have ready-made drinks in the UK sweetened with Splenda), alternating it with plain water, and after a few weeks, I found I was desperately craving the plain water, so haven't touched the flavoured for ages.
