Just a quickie to say hello
my name is John aka FatBoySlim I'm 36 and live in the UK and have a total of 126lbs to loose as from today

After reading many of your post's and some of the advise given I can tell this is a gr8 group of people who realy care about and help each other and will be proud to participate whilst strugling to loose this darn weight

You may want to start a journal, it is a great way to keep yourself accountable, let us get to know you better and get our wanted (sometimes unwanted input).
