Default carb recovery drink (yes or no)

I've been searching around these boards for a while but have not found an answer to this question. I've seen it brought up but not really answered.

Is a post workout carb drink like Ultra Fuel within 30 min of an intense hour of lifting going to knock you out of Ketosis????

Most of us has read many different theories on the subject and the all seem to be very different.

I've been following a CAD diet because I could have my reward meal right after working out, which mainly consisted of adding 1/2 serving Ultra Fuel to my Animal Max Protein shake. Now that I'm going to a CKD diet can I still do this or does the cycling take care of that???

Thanks for any help on the subject.

Default ULTRAFUEL

If you are following a CKD, then a drink like UltraFuel will knowck you out of ketosis. However, the concoction you are talking about is EXACTLY something you should drink after your depletion workout as the beginning of your carb-up.
