My *Roasted Garlic Parmesan & Romano Chicken Drumsticks* Recipe ~ YUM!
Kicking up the ol' Roasted Chicken a notch!
I use the leftovers the following day, de-boning the chicken, and adding it to my Ceasar Salad.
No need to re-heat..it's tastes yummy cold.
Minutes to Prepare: 10
Minutes to Cook: 50
Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
8 Chicken Drumsticks (leave skin intact)
1/3 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese (I used Great Value brand found in dairy isle)
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan & Romano (Cooper brand in green/blue canister)
3 large eggs, beaten
1.5 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic Blend (paste)
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat over to 375 degrees
Lightly grease the bottom of a glass pan with olive oil and set aside
In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs and the garlic together.
In another bowl, combine both cheeses.
Dip each drumsticks into the egg & garlic mixture and then roll in parmesan cheese.
Place coated chicken into greased glass pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken reaches 160 degree temperature.
