Plan: Atkins
Stats: 241/199/125

Progress: 36%

Default First things first

I can not eat much more than 20g, without coming out of Ketosis. I have a thyroid problem and discovered that if I go to 25g I stall, and fall out of ketosis, if I go to 30, I start gaining weight.

So 20g is where I need to stay.

Second for what I eat...well

Breakfast
I have a veggie omlette. (Broccoli, cheese, and of course eggs) and 2 slices of bacon or sausage

Snack
I munch on chicken or turkey

Lunch
Salad, and a meat of some sort (Today I am havin a hamburger with lettuce as the bun...silly I know)

Snack
Dill pickle, and 1 string cheese (Sometimes a hard boiled egg)

Dinner
I just have the meat....Sauteed chicken breast in lots of butter, and pepper

Snack
Couple slices of pepperoni

I get in all my carbs, and eat every couple of hours. The fact that I DO have a thyroid problem, and have been successful so far following this menu, I am going to stick with it!

I am the SAME way! I am hypo thryoid.......I can eat more than 20 grams but it stalls me so when I hit goal, I know that I can maintain but I have to stay at 20 to lose anything.

BUT.....I have to keep it around 20, when I drop too far below that, I feel sick!
