Hi everyone in low-carb land.

It took me awhile till I figured out how to log on. The site kept rejecting me. I have been on The Aitkin's diet since March 27/03. So far I have lost 17 lbs. I live in Winnipeg, so if anyone knows where I can get any Aitkin's products here please let me know. I tried the bars but I didn't do well with them,

they made me gain.
