Some soy products are great for this WOL.

The one I love is unsweetened soy milk is only 1 carb an entire cup.

Soy Flour should be 20g of net carbs per cup...Regular White flour is 92g net carbs per cup. That is why a slice of Soy Bread only has 3g of net carbs, while a slice of regular bread has about 14g.

Atkins encourages the use of tofu on this WOE. He also has quite a few recipies in his cookbooks that use soy flour in small amounts. I belive it is in his bake mix as well.

His breading recipies include mixtures of soy flour and pork rinds, or soy flour and ground sesame seeds.

Make sure to count the ECC of any you use, and use the flour in moderation. Adding tofu to your diet is a great protien source for little carb (there is some 1 ECC for lite) and has all those healthy soy isovlavins (sp)

Just check the carb count of any unsweetened soy milk near you. Avoid plain... that is usually still sweetened.

I get the SF , sweetened with Splenda Westsoy soy milk called Soy Slender at Publix. So far they only carry the Cappucino flavor. It's 4 gr of carb including 3 gr of fiber.

The cappachino I saw of that looked soooo good, but it had wheat as an ingredient. Wasn't sure if we could have them or not.

There can't be much wheat, it's just in the flavoring, unless you're allergic to wheat.
