Talking Chocolate Reddi whip

I dont know who posted it but the idea of putting the chocolate reddi whip from the spray can into a bowl then sticking it in the freezer to make an ice cream substitute is a genius. Ive been on my diet a month and got a real bad craving for something sweet last night so I tried that and it hit the spot. Best part is only 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving.

you can also try the ziplock baggie trick with heavy cream splenda or davinci syrup and cocoa.

Its ice cream and tastes awesome and that way you arent eating the sugar thats in reddiwhip.

Chocolate readdi whip is full of transfats and sugars, why not whip up whipping cream and make your own?

Or get plain unsweetened yogurt, mix with fruits and freeze that.

Continuing to eat the sugar could be why you still have those cravings.

This is great until you realize that a serving is 2 tsp, and yes that is after it's "inflated".

I gave up on Redi-Whip almost immediately when I realized how carby it actually is... I recommend going to Creamright.com... I bought a dispenser there and it was the best investment I've made since starting Atkins!!
