what do i win for asking the most questions in the shortest amount of time?!


i finally put a whole day into fitday.com and this is what it says

It looks good to me, but your carbs and fiber are a tad low. Are you a little low on veggies there? Remember to aim for three cups a day, at least.

Your calories seem a tad low for your activity level, too. Don't let yourself go hungry.

since fitday.com doesn't subtract the dietary fiber like ADNDR does is it okay if your carbs go over a little bit? i have probably had more like 19 [w/o subtraction of DF] bc i think i forgot to add some stuff
