Default Caffeine vs Decaffeinated Coffee

I switched from regular coffee to decaff last few days. I drink about 2 cups every morning with some cream and a dash of Splenda.

Has anyone seen changes in the rate of loss once they switched? I am really hoping this will break my stall because I am following guidelines to a tee now - - even cutting out processed meats and high-sodium foods (like pork rinds).

Yvonne,

I didn't give up my coffee either, but good for you to start drinking decaf...if you think its a problem for you, you've done right to cut it out. "My concern is that once you start drinking a cup here and there, will it have an effect then? I never know about these things.

Maybe you're at a place where your body just doesn't want to break through that "setpoint" -- I've been fighting that battle myself. As close as I get, I can't bust through...I'm still on the same 10 pounds since April...you've done very well. If it's slowing down a little, don't worry...you'll be fine.
