Default Snacks

I am nearing the end of my first week of induction and not feeling a bit deprived except snacking is stumping me!

I love potato chips and of course miss them and the fruit yogurt I used to devour.

Is peanut butter allowed, I seem to not be able to find it in the Atkins book?

Anyone have some suggestions for some not too exotic snacks during All My Children  thank you.

Peanut butter isn't allowed on induction.....and then in moderation afterwards. It's just one of those things we love and have a hard time controlling.

As far as snacks go:
Celery sticks with creamed cheese, pepperoni slices, string cheese, pork rinds

There are many more. Click on recipes on the orange bar above the forums for more ideas

My faves are:

String cheese
cheese cubes dipped in ranch dressing
pork rinds dipped in a mixture of tuna, boiled egg and mayo
ham roll-ups (ham, cream cheese and a small amt of olives)
deviled eggs

Snacks are one of the most difficult for me also!

agony cat, didn't see your reply before, thank you, yes, well, you know the cream cheese is beginning to sound better than the peanut butter. Once I get this all memorized I'll feel better.
