Default cheesecake induction?

Hi! does anyone know if the cheesecake recipes are okay on induction. i found a few low carb ones in the recipe section and really wanted to give them and try and since the ingradients are on the aceptable food list i didn't see why not.....whatcha think? possibly a really stupid question coming from a 20yr old college student but how do i measure ounces of cream cheese?

I personally would wait until after the 2 week induction.

One of the main reasons for the induction period is to get rid of cravings for sweet things. If you are a person who can have something sweet without craving more, then you can make some. Be sure though to only eat one serving. If you feel you would probably eat the entire thing and are still struggling with alot of cravings for sweet or other forbidin foods, then wait.

Buy cream cheese in the box instead of in the tub. If you look on the wrapper there are lines likeon a butter wrapper. Each one of those sections seperated by the lines = 1 oz. I recomend the boxed stuff for cooking, and the tub for when you want to grab a tablespoon or spread it on something.

thanx ...good tip on buying the package just bought that instead of the tub like last time. i'll try the cheesecake for one recipe to be safe and at the end of the week
