Default And it really, really works....

Another 2 lbs this week.

Two lbs. is not enough to brag about, I'm just way happy about heading in the right direction.

After a 3 week stall, last week was good and this week was too. I'm still 78 lbs from my goal but hey, that's better than 110 lbs from my goal.

Here's the kicker........

Tuesday night's dinner date with my lovely wife found us at a local steak house renowned for their steaks where I had sauteed asparagus spears for an appetizer and a small garden salad and huge ribeye. I LOVE THIS WOE!

Keep the faith!

Paul

Two pounds is TERRIFIC......keep up the good work. Better slow and permanent than fast and temporary.

That dinner sounds delicious...yum, yum.

Hello.

I know what you mean about the steak places, those are the best places to go. Me and my fiance are both on Atkins and we are always at the "Outback" for their rib-eys!!!

Default Hey Paul

2 pounds a week is 104 pounds in a year. Who'd laugh at that?

Keep it up!
