Wink HELP!! I am a beginner

I wrote a history earlier and don't know exactly where it went. Anyhow, I have been on the yo-yo diet cycle for at least the last 12 years. It has lead me only to more weight gain and misery, I have recently started the CAD diet and am very excited. I am new to the internet world and am amazed at all the support that is available!

Hi Pfire76,

One possibility, from my experience, is that some users usually click the "Preview" button instead of the "Submit" button. If that's the case, the post is not saved

It's never too late to re-write and glad you did

Yo-yo dieting is a common problem for most of us, and has significant drawbacks on our metabolism and muscle-mass. Stick to your new WOL and things should get better.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Welcome pfire.

I too am on CAD...perhaps we can encourage each other along. It is a great diet. I have been doing it for 2 months come Thursday,(except for a brief time on Atkins). I find it to be an easy to follow plan. Any ?'s or concerns just ask away, and some one will be able to help you.
