need help FAST! - SOUP STOCK
HI all...I'm in the midst of making a HUGE pot of homemade soup. I've curently got 2 ham bones, 2 onions, 5 carrots, 10 cloves of garlic and a tsp of black peppercorns on the stove.
I need to know how many of the carbs transfer to the stock? Once it cooks down all the veggies will be tossed (dogs get the carrots) and all I'll have left is stock and ham.
Please help....fast! Thanks!
