If I may make a small suggestion, you might see quicker losses if you shorten your distance exercise to half an hour or less and do a bit more resistance work, especially on your lower body. Since you're in the middle of Induction and no alcohol, it would be best not to make any changes to your exercise until you are out of Induction, but if you're interested after than, any of us in the exercise forums would be glad to help you.
