Default Carbs for Culver's chicken

Hi
Does anyone know the carbs in Culver's broasted chicken? Some one at work today said it had no breading, just spices. Does any know if this is true or not, I am afraid to try it.

Unhappy Chicken

Bev

I was under the impression that broasted means breaded, and roasted was not breaded. You can always call and talk to the manager and ask how it's preared, they should know

A Culver's butter burger(minus the bun) sounds good YUMMY

Hi Sonja,
That's what I thought, but they said when they eat it there is not breading. Really have to find out cause I might be to Culvers all the time for their chicken. If I find out I will let you know. I love the butter burgers too and sure don't miss the bun.

Hi Bev and Sonja, Are butter burgers what I think they are?? I used to make a butter/onion/burger recipe from Gourmet Magazine. The recipe was based on a delicious burger concoction made famous in Wisconsin: small ground meat patties cooked in butter with onions cooked in more butter on the side. If you have any special additions or tips for creating these little treats at home, I would love hearing about them.

Don't know if Culvers are made the same, never had one of the butter burgers you are talking about, but I have heard of them. Culvers is very good though without the bun. I'm going to see it they have something with the carbs listed. I'll let you know

Unhappy

Well, I found out, Culvers does have a coating. Very light, can't hardly tell it is there, but I asked. Did have some of their chicken today, first cheat I have had, but it sure was good. Guess I just can't eat the skin. Oh Well, Will just go for their butter burgers then minus the bun.
