Is there a maximum % of daily fat per day?
After visiting Fitday.com for the first time, I yet again, learned how much I don't know. I remember, and I think it was DK, (darling Karen) who went over the recommended percentages per day for a low carb plan. I forgot to print it and have been searching for it in vain. Does anyone know the daily percentages recommended for a Low Carb daily plan...especially in the induction phase.????
