I have been paying close attention to my twitch and definitely think
it is sleep related but reading your post about calcium made me
wonder if lack of could be a contributing factor.
I take a variety of different supplements now and have been thinking
of adding extra calcium. I do, however eat a lot of high calcium foods
such as sesame seeds, cheese, meat, broccoli, fish, poultry, lettuce,
and almonds. Still, I think it is difficult to consume all your bodies
calcium needs through food.
Guess I'm off to buy more supplements!! Ha
