Any Beach Body People Here?

Have any of you tried this Beach Body Program? They sell power 90, etc. My bro-in-law gave me the Power half hour series. It's like 6 vhs tapes on one DVD. They promise results in 30 days.

I've been on Atkins since 2/03, and have lost about 15 -18 pounds and MANY inches. Now my hubby and bro-in-law are starting too. I admit that I cheat sometimes, but I keep losing (I am not advocating cheating) I cheat small and get right back on the horse.

Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Anyway I'm looking for others who may be doing this Beach Body program. Let me know about your results. Today is day one for me. I'm almost at my goal weight and need physical activity to get me to the promised land.

If we get enough people we can start a buddies beach body program. Just a thought.
