Thumbs up First day of starting over, second time around

Well, I am starting over again. A year ago, I started atkins and have lost 40 pounds. I could have lost more, but due to my own ability to deny myself carbs, I have hit a long stall and I have decided that it is time to get the show started again. I went to the grocery store to stock up on salad stuff, cheese, etc. No more excuses for me. Now hopefully, no, I WILL be at my goal weight next year at this time. No more letting up to try other diets or programs, because they just don't work. Everytime I turn on the tv or radio, low carb is being advertised and how well it works. I say to myself, yea, 40 pounds came off of me and 50 more will. So, I am here to officially say, I will do good on atkins and refuse carbs to be eaten by me. I remember one of the things that kept me losing and motivated was coming here everyday, well, I stopped doing that for some reason. I enjoy being here and will start coming back everyday. So, hey I'm back now. Everyone have a good day!
Belle
