Default cranberry tea and other fruit teas

on the atkins site it says not to drink teas with barley or fruit sugars... but im confused as to whether that includes teas that have fruit in them? i know it sounds silly but i figured i'd ask, has anyone been drinking fruit teas that have 0 carbs, and been able to lose weight? i like the taste, and they're not sweet, so it doesnt feel like im cheating, im just worried !

I think the fructose/fruit sugars might apply to the teas that come in cubes, or are presweetened. I drink peppermint and other "fruit teas" that are just the plant material.

Some of the herbal teas do have 1 carb - so does coffee - but I don't think it's enough to worry about. Besides, these herbal teas DO COUNT as water.
