I was going to suggest diarrhea too, or constipation - especially if you have incipient haemorrhoids. Depending on what kind of eating you've switched from, your BMs could be more acidic, and that could certainly lead to a burning sensation. If it persists more than another week or two, I think I'd check with my doctor if I were you.
