Taco Bell - Taco Salad
KFC (now has roasted strips ... they are good ... don't eat the rice)
McDonald's - salad or burger no bun
Subway - atkins friendly wrap or salad
Jack In The Box - bunless burger or their chef salad (use my own dressing)

I hear Arby's has a new wrap. Seems like the salads at other places all have to many high-carb additions so I just stay away from those unless I know the counts from their website ahead of time.

I hadn't checked out Wendy's nutritional info since they added those salads ... those are not bad (without the addition of croutons, etc.) about 6 net carbs.

More choices ... YAY!

Quizno's: Any of the low-carb flatbreads. My favorite is the Beef & Cheddar - very tasty, especially with a few banana peppers.

McDonald's has the best salads of the big names, but take your own dressing, theirs is sort of high in carbs.

Panera bread has 2 salads suitable for Atkins, if you ditch the bread. I love their chicken caesar.

A double whopper w/cheese, no ketchup or bun is really filling, and so is a double chicken whopper if you can't stand the thought of another hamburger.

Subway wraps are great, and they'll also make any sandwich a salad for you.

Naked buffalo wings with a side salad is great for lunch too.

Try the new McDonald's Adult Happy Meals. They are salads with all the nutrient facts on the sides of the boxes. Very big and very filling, you get to choose what kind of meat you want on it, I usually get grilled chicken, it comes cut up just a bit and hot on your salad. Very good! (the meal also comes with a pedometer)
